Orders

Because SoulPortraits products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may affect the validity of the order.

SoulPortraits 3D Figurines

SoulPortraits 3D figurines are personalized products created based on photographs and information submitted by the customer.

Due to the personalized and artistic nature of the production process:

• The final figurine may not be an exact replica of the original photograph;
• Minor differences in facial features, proportions, hairstyle, clothing, colors, or other details may occur;
• The final appearance may vary depending on the quality, resolution, lighting, angle, and characteristics of the photographs provided;
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the physical production process.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that personalized products may contain reasonable artistic and manufacturing variations.

User-Uploaded Content

If you upload photos, images, or other content to the SoulPortraits website, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

You must not upload content that:

• Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Violates applicable laws;
• Contains unlawful or harmful material;
• Is used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

By uploading content, you grant SoulPortraits and its service providers the limited rights necessary to process, reproduce, modify, and use that content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your requested personalized product and providing related services.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Production and Shipping

Because SoulPortraits figurines are personalized and made to order, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, production capacity, and other circumstances.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SoulPortraits is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, service interruptions, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, certain returns or cancellations may not be available once production has started.
